Session Spotlight: Evaluating Today’s Financing Options
This guest post was written by CCIM Live! speaker, Maryann Mize, Senior Vice President/Senior Credit Officer, at Charlotte State Bank & Trust. Catch Maryann as moderator in the "Evaluating Today’s Financing Options" session on Oct. 25.
What don't you know?
What historical trends are in play to aid us in uncovering opportunities? What are the current lending trends and how can this information assist you in making a deal? If this piques your interest, join us at the “Evaluating Today’s Financing Options” session at the CCIM Live! Conference.
These topics and more will be covered by our respected panelists: Brian Baily, Senior Financial Policy Analyst with the Federal Reserve and John G. Manganiello, Senior Vice President and Market Executive with Bank of America Merrill Lynch’s Business Banking Team.
This fast paced session with “real time” information is designed to provide you with insight from respected industry leaders.
The reality of our business is that it’s always changing, and if we don’t keep a diligent eye towards macro and micro indicators, we will miss out on opportunities.
As the moderator of this session, I’m looking forward to seeing you at this dynamic session Friday, October 25th at 12:30 P.M. After all, sometimes we simply don’t know what we don’t know.

Session Spotlight: How to Motivate Clients to Make Decisions
This guest post was written by CCIM Live! speaker, 2006 CCIM Institute President, and Senior CCIM Instructor Steve Price, CCIM. Catch Steve in the "How to Motivate Clients to Make Decisions" session on Oct. 25.
Join me in exploring the pros and cons of various investment analysis software. This includes CCIM Excel-based templates, REI Wise (a CCIM member benefit through STDB), and canned commercial software alternatives. We’ll examine the learning curves, degrees of complexity, and graphic interface capabilities of the best presentation tools and analytics suitable from Main Street to Wall Street.
This session will be fast-paced, fun, and interactive. I’ll seek input and discussion throughout the program, including practical experience from CCIMs and attendees, using a CCIM case study to demonstrate the various inputs and outputs of each program, and more.
